Custom Furniture
Through Ki Dō Studio, I am happy to focus on creating furniture that carries significant meaning, and specialize in building tables, cabinets, and picture frames.
All Ki Dō Studio furniture is made by hand in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Locally sourced wood is used whenever possible.
When you are ready to bring your idea to life, please reach out to start a conversation. All inquiries are handled personally and potential projects will be discussed on a virtual call or through an on-site visit and consultation to the home or location where the piece will live.
A table can bring us together; it provides a space to share meals, celebrate holidays, tell stories and engage in every day life.
Cabinets
A cabinet offers a home for what matters most. Each cabinet is uniquely crafted to hold something special: a tea ware collection, priceless family heirlooms, relics, anything that matters to you.
Picture Frames
I design and build each frame to complement and work with the art; balancing form, proportions and the color and grain of the wood in a manner that lets the art speak with the support of an intentionally crafted frame.
Other Custom furniture
Bookshelves, sculptures, boxes, hi-fi speakers, benches and more. Built to last and serve as functional art where it matters most to you.
